Softweft – Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and services provided by Softweft. By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms. Any deviation from these conditions must be explicitly agreed to in writing by Softweft prior to the order.

The client expressly waives the application of their own standard terms and conditions, even if submitted after these Terms and Conditions of Sale. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Softweft.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of late payment, Softweft reserves the right to apply a fixed interest charge of 10% on the outstanding amount. If payment is delayed for more than 60 days, Softweft may engage a debt recovery agency, and all associated legal and collection costs will be borne by the client.

Taxes and Withholding

Clients are responsible for complying with their local tax laws. If any withholding tax is applied by the client's country, it must be paid by the client directly to the local tax authority. The full invoiced amount remains payable to Softweft, excluding any deductions due to local tax laws.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch products within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics. Clients will receive tracking information upon shipment.

Returns and Claims

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom and personalized products are non-returnable. To initiate a return or claim, clients must notify Softweft in writing via registered post or email within 8 days of receiving goods or services.

Limitation of Liability

Softweft is committed to delivering high-quality goods and services on time. However, Softweft’s obligations are based on best efforts and are not guarantees of specific outcomes. Softweft will not be held liable as a third party in any damages claims brought against the client by end consumers.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, and brand materials remain the intellectual property of Softweft and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Governing Law

All contractual relations and disputes shall be governed solely by the laws of India.
